Return & Refund Policy

At Twofold, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Twofold reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at twofoldsupport@gmail.com with the following details:

 

  • Order number

  • Name used while placing the order

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the product back.


 

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

 

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product delivered by us

  • A manufacturing defect

In such cases, Twofold will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.


If the return is approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval depending on your payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges may not always be available due to limited inventory. If you require a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at twofoldsupport@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.


Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
